Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and NPS, returns are only accepted under specific, verifiable circumstances. We accept returns strictly if:

• You receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity compared to your order confirmation.
• The product is damaged, compromised, or defective upon arrival due to shipping mishandling.
• The product does not match the description, purity specifications, or CAS number provided on our website.
• The seal was broken or tampered with prior to delivery, indicating potential contamination.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety, legal compliance, and chain-of-custody reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened, used, tested, or partially used products under any circumstances.
• Products that have been removed from their original, tamper-evident packaging.
• Products that are not in their original, sealed condition with intact labels.
• Products purchased in error, ordered incorrectly, or due to a change of mind.
• Custom-synthesized compounds or bulk orders exceeding standard retail quantities.
• Items returned after the 3-day eligibility window has expired.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number, a detailed written description of the issue, batch/lot numbers, and clear, timestamped photographs of the unopened product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
3. Our quality assurance team will review your request against internal records. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide secure return instructions.
4. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

Inspection and Refunds:

• If the return is approved following inspection, a full refund or exact replacement will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
