Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and successful verification. During peak periods or for custom-synthesized compounds, processing may extend to 3-5 business days; you will be notified immediately if any delays occur. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our facility. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday unless expedited processing is selected at checkout.
Worldwide Delivery: We ship research chemicals and NPS to most countries worldwide through our network of specialized international carriers. Please ensure that the products you order comply with your local laws, import regulations, and institutional policies before placing an order. Certain jurisdictions require import permits, end-user certificates, or special licensing; it is the customer's sole responsibility to obtain these documents prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses where proper documentation has not been secured.
Discreet Packaging: All shipments are packed discreetly in unmarked, plain outer packaging with no indication of contents, branding, or nature of materials on the exterior. Delivery Issues & Claims: If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, document the condition with photographs before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. File claims with the carrier directly for lost packages; we will provide necessary supporting documentation. Replacement or refund decisions require completed claim forms and carrier investigation results. Unclaimed packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be restocked minus original shipping costs.
